Battery
The CX-5E is equipped with a high-capacity 48V24Ah 1152Wh lithium-ion battery, ensuring extended riding sessions without frequent recharging. These batteries are
designed to provide consistent performance and longevity, protected to IP66 standards for enhanced durability against dust and water
CX-5E Battery: Provides a run range of up to 60 km under ideal conditions, with a
maximum speed endurance of over 30 minutes
Technology
CFMOTO has integrated cutting-edge technology into the design of these electric dirt bikes. The emotor and proprietary controller are combined into a single, space-efficient unit, enhancing the overall compactness and efficiency of the bikes
• High Thermal Conductivity Glue: Used within the motor to maintain optimal internal
temperatures, ensuring efficient operation and longevity
• Ergonomic Design: Handlebars, seats, and footrests are ergonomically designed to
promote a natural and comfortable riding posture, thoroughly tested and approved by
junior riders globally
The user interface includes indicators for battery consumption, charge levels, and selected gear settings, all in one convenient display. This intuitive design ensures young riders can easily monitor and manage their bike’s performance
Engine
The CX-5E features a 48V-BLDC e-motor, but with different specifications to cater to
the varying needs of different age groups
• CX-5E: Equipped with a 1.5kW motor, producing 7Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 20 km/h in 2.1 seconds, reaching a top speed of 44 km/h (27 mph). Designed for riders aged 8-12 years, it offers three drive modes (20kmh, 36kmh, 44kmh) to match the rider’s skill level
Both engines are designed to deliver smooth, controllable power, eliminating the complexities of clutches, fuelling, and gear changes, making these bikes ideal for young, supervised riders
